We are looking for a Soft HR Business partner.
Key responsibilities
Daily HR Operations
- HR point of contact,
- Responsible for the HRIS systems,
- Run monthly payroll (PC 200),
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Employee Engagement
- Contribute to a transparent and open work environment,
- Responsible for the on- and offboarding process,
- Increase strategy (FB programs, engagement surveys, actions,…),
- Building recognition and motivation (internal events, updates, townhall meetings,…).
Retention
- Assist and guide management in lifecycle recruitment processes,
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Performance / Talent Management
- Monitor performance of employees, and take action when necessary,
- Coordinate and follow-up with N+1’s on evaluation interviews,
- Responsible for the Evaluation tool (setup, coordination and follow-up)
- When required, assist in the annual employee performance reviews.
Learning & Development
- Succession planning and outline career paths, detect specific training needs of employees and create a comprehensive training plans based on input,
- Organize training & development initiatives (e.g. coaching, online training, external,…),
- Responsible for Klarrio’s education plan,
- Administration / Subsidies,
- Assess the success of the L&D initiatives (feedback sessions with trainers, trainees,…)
- Optimize and update the skill matrix
Profile and competencies:
- Ability to work autonomously
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws / PC 200
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, practices, and LMS
- Hands-on mentality
- Change-minded in a dynamic environment
- Minimum bachelor’s degree,
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, with focus on Soft HR,
- Specific professional training is necessary and the company-specific knowledge is built up through experience
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Dutch and English.
